We have compiled a list of FAQs that may be useful for you. We will update this section periodically.

Q. How much is the cost of an event photography?
A: Kindly contact us via Online Form and we’ll send you a quotation.

Q: What are your payment terms and condition?
A: To confirm a booking and secure the date, we will need you to pay a non-refundable deposit. Final Payment need to settle before sending the photos for album selection.

Q: How long will it take for me to get the complete album?
A: Album processing and completion may take up to 8 weeks after event. Longer duration may apply during peak season.

Q: Do you provide videography?
A: Simon Shashi Studio specializes in event photography, but we also offer photography and videography packages. Videography will be provided by the M Star Team.

Do you cover outstation and international events?
A: Yes! But, accommodation and transportation are upon clients' own expenses.

Q: What are the cameras/gadgets which you use for events?
A: We use professional full-frame Canon Mirrorless cameras, flashlight and multiple range of lense.

Q: How about table-to-table shots during dinner?
A: Depends. There are some guests who might not be at ease and due to time restriction, it is not possible for us to request them one by one in order to cover all the table-to-table shots during dinner.

Q: How many photos will be captured and returned to me in the Pendrive? 
A: We will capture unlimited shots  during the event. Filtering will be made to select photos with proper shot. Simple touch-up and color correction will be applied to these photos before we return them to you.

Q: Do you shoot in RAW?
A: Depends. I will shoot in RAW if the environment is bad, otherwise the photos will be taken in JPEG.

Q: What softwares do you use for editing?
A: Adobe Lightroom & Adobe Photoshop and also few other photo editing softwares if necessary.
