Unless explicitly agreed and indicated in writing by Simon Shashi Studio, The Client shall not be entitled to pass on the images to any third party to be printed or shown in any form of media & publication.

Simon Shashi Studio will reserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, the Reservation Deposit is NON-Refundable, even if the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for any reason; including death, sickness, fire, strike and / or extreme weather.

The client will be responsible for identifying people or objects for whom or which specific photographs are desired, or they may designate someone for this responsibility. The photographer will not be held accountable for not photographing desired individuals if there is no one available to assist in identifying or gathering people for the photographs. We do not cover guests eating photos during events, as the majority of people do not prefer their photos to be taken in this situation.

Due to the nature of typical wedding day and varieties of events taking place in several locations, the photographer will frequently move, change and secure his equipments throughout the day. It is likely that the photographer is not in the proximity as the couple, therefore, is not aware what is about to be taken place. It is the responsible of the wedding coordinator/planner to inform the photographer when the next major event is about to take place. For example, starting of ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, toss of bouquet and etc. In addition, designated person shall be responsible in organizing and tracking all posed photos that are required. The photographer is there to take photos of all groups in front of him but cannot be responsible in organizing and tracking all the groups.

The photographer will capture photos throughout the event ceremony from start to finish. Please kindly inform the temple priest or church father not to obstruct the photographer's view to allow our team to capture the event flow. Please be aware that our team is not responsible if anyone blocks our view during the photoshoot; we will do our best to capture the best moments throughout the event.

The official Photographer may substitute another photographer to take the photographs in the event of Photographer’s illness or circumstances beyond his control. Under normal circumstances a second photographer from the Photographer is there for the day anyway and this photographer will then shoot the day on his/her own. If both photographers are unavailable and a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.

The Photographer makes no guarantee, either expressed or implied, in regard to the quality of the Images, if the artificial lighting provided by the clients at the venue is unsuitable or too dark for photography It is strongly advised by the Photographer to avoid any use of coloured LED lighting or any other form of coloured or flickering lighting in the ambient areas, sitting areas or performance areas for the wedding. Coloured lighting if any should be restricted to the peripheral decorations only. Bright and even lighting should be provided in all ceremony and guest areas. The Photographer does not use a flash for shooting candid or creative shots.

Simon Shashi Studio will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record photographically the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

Please arrange for someone to clear the crowd that may be standing behind the scene during the group photoshoot. The photographer shall not be responsible if anyone other than the specified family members is standing in the frame. We are not responsible if any person in the groups DOESN'T LOOK at the camera or CLOSES THEIR EYES. In this situation, it's challenging to monitor each and every person in individual photos as the crowd will keep coming to take pictures.

Simon Shashi Studio is to be the sole professional photographer. Your guests will of course want to take photographs. The Photographer cannot and will not be held responsible for a lack of wedding photographs due to guests taking their own photos for the bride and groom and interrupting the workflows of the photographer.

Images selected by client will be adjusted for exposure, brightness, contrast, sharpness, etc. Retouching, digital manupulation and artist finishing is available to the Client as an option at extra cost.

Simon Shashi Studio reserves the right to share IMAGES online for Business and Promotional use. If you do not wish for your IMAGES to be used for such ends please write to us.

The photographer has the right to refuse if guests would like to ask the photographer to take pictures using their own camera or smartphone. This is to prevent any potential damage to their equipment and to avoid interfering with the photographer's tasks.

While every effort will be made to capture all significant and special moments during the wedding, Simon Shashi Studio cannot provide an absolute guarantee. We shall not be held liable for any damaged photographs resulting from guest flashes or any other cause, whether within or outside the control of Simon Shashi Studio.

Normally, the photo selection process takes around 8 weeks from the event date. However, during the peak wedding season, due to pending projects, selecting photos might require extra time. After the files are submitted for printing, our printing company typically takes around 1 month for album printing. Please note, during peak seasons, this duration might extend further.

Please be advised that clients returning one year after receiving photo selections will incur a SERVER FEE. Simon Shashi Studio reserves the right to delete photos from our server if there is no update from the client within two years.

The album price changes based on the paper market price, but the album's cost remains consistent with the package price provided by Simon Shashi Studio, valid for one year. Clients returning after one year from the event day may experience a change in the album price. Please consult with Simon Shashi Studio for the updated album pricing.

- Album collection is only guaranteed within 6 months. Past this period, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the item or its materials.

- We offer custom Crystal-type albums with hardcover pages.

- The photographer at Simon Shashi Studio holds exclusive rights to design the photo album as deemed appropriate. The design will follow a COLLAGE concept; please note that we do not provide other design styles.

23 ) BACK-UP
Simon Shashi Studio reserves the right to delete any related materials from the event covered 3 months after the album has been printed. It should be noted that you are strongly advised to immediately copy/backup your wedding photographs to a suitable computer/storage device.

It it also understood that the CLIENT is hiring the Photographer for his technical and artistic expertise and, therefore, the Photographer reserves the right to edit the Images as he sees fit. The photographer does not guarantee that everyone involved in the event will be photographed or will be included in the final Images.

Upon booking confirmation, deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation from the client's side. Once the deposit is paid and an event is canceled for any reason by the client, refunds will not be issued. This policy is due to the full reservation of the date exclusively for your event, preventing any other bookings on that day. Moreover, Simon Shashi Studio reserves the right to cancel bookings under unforeseen circumstances, guaranteeing a 100% refund of the deposit in such cases.

If you pose-pone your event to new date, the deposit will remain valid for up to ONE-YEAR only from the initial payment date.
