8 ) COORDINATOR
Due to the nature of typical wedding day and varieties of events taking place in several locations, the photographer will frequently move, change and secure his equipments throughout the day. It is likely that the photographer is not in the proximity as the couple, therefore, is not aware what is about to be taken place. It is the responsible of the wedding coordinator/planner to inform the photographer when the next major event is about to take place. For example, starting of ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, toss of bouquet and etc. In addition, designated person shall be responsible in organizing and tracking all posed photos that are required. The photographer is there to take photos of all groups in front of him but cannot be responsible in organizing and tracking all the groups.

The photographer will capture photos throughout the event ceremony from start to finish. Please kindly inform the temple priest or church father not to obstruct the photographer's view to allow our team to capture the event flow. If both photographers are unavailable and a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.

11 ) ARTIFICIAL LIGHTING
The Photographer makes no guarantee, either expressed or implied, in regard to the quality of the Images, if the artificial lighting provided by the clients at the venue is unsuitable or too dark for photography It is strongly advised by the Photographer to avoid any use of coloured LED lighting or any other form of coloured or flickering lighting in the ambient areas, sitting areas or performance areas for the wedding. Coloured lighting if any should be restricted to the peripheral decorations only. Bright and even lighting should be provided in all ceremony and guest areas. The Photographer does not use a flash for shooting candid or creative shots.

12 ) IMAGES
Simon Shashi Studio will provide a pleasing colour balance but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibres. It is sometimes impossible to record photographically the exact colour as seen by the human eye.

The photographer shall not be responsible if anyone other than the specified family members is standing in the frame. We are not responsible if any person in the groups DOESN'T LOOK at the camera or CLOSES THEIR EYES. In this situation, it's challenging to monitor each and every person in individual photos as the crowd will keep coming to take pictures.

14 ) WEDDING GUESTS & CAMERA

The Photographer cannot and will not be held responsible for a lack of wedding photographs due to guests taking their own photos for the bride and groom and interrupting the workflows of the photographer.
